Thanks Nico, Pops, Sharon, Pedro, Lee, Pegg928 and Max!!! I am really glad that you all like this. Nico, Its lighted by a single Acute 2R Profoto D4 strobe, 1/8th power covered with stretched white muslin screen. The slinky is kept on a white cardboard. About a foot behind the slinky, is a dark blue poster paper background (not visible here) I focused the light between the slinky and the background. The light fell off as it came towards the camera, revealing a blue gradient, created by the background. Hope this helps. Sharon, Yes, I really enjoyed the coincidence. What fun! -Cat
