And you should be smacked for being very naughty Traveller... using your digi camera in flight! You really had me guessing.. what are those puffs? .. But nothing escapes Victor. (I must admit also being naughty and filming take-off from Memphis once. ) Good post ~ MelBob

Dear Victor: I should have known that you of all people would see the Whispyness of the mist and understand what it was. When flying anywere, this is a decidely odd aspect of the process....what are they pumping In????????? At times the mind panics and remembers an earlier time when people were gassed to death...Sweet Jesus, not me some small part of the brain says....lol Best Wishes, Traveller

In 1977 I traveled with my family from Guatemala to Germany. The first leg was from Guatemala City to Miami. The second leg was from Miami to Nassau. On this flight, we took off, headed steeply up, and then the flight attendants did their little thing while the pilot informed us that what was coming in through the vents was not smoke, and not to be alarmed. Then we headed down again and landed. It was a very short flight. The most memorable part was definitely the mist coming into the cabin.
