OK here it goes. It's called MGI PhotoSuite , think it's the tiny 8.1 version. It came with the sony cameras longgggggg ago. I have always loved it to open my pics with and still do use it. It has a few little things for photo touch up and a few little effects. It has long since stopped being made, but you might be able to or at least you used to be able to pick one up on ebay here and there. It's very small makes a slide show etc. This is one of the effects on that program. Hope that helps :)

Thanks, Cheryl. If you are willing / comfortable to share a bit more detail, I would be delighted to know more about this software programme - name, version, etc. Perhaps to try creating such a nice one myself one day. Regards ~jnconradie

Thank you glad you liked this. I did this with a simple program effect from an old old program I use still to this day to open pics with (set in my ways) lol. I could have said a million answer laughinggggggggg as I can do this on my own by layering and then I would have sounded so much better laughinggggggggggg. :) Nahhhh it was just an effect hon. :)
