I really like your image. (*) Cropping off the top of the image by simply scrolling my window some, really puts the focus right on the people and eliminates the distracting flourescent fixture above. Of course cropping can be a personal taste "thing" but I'd crop it just at the top edge of the dark horizontal line (above the doorway).
