Thank you for the comment :). Actually, I was thinking the reticulated pattern in the lower right mimicked the reticulated pattern in Sophie's fur, adding to the photo rather than distracting from it. My view may be different from most people's though... --Melanie (mlynn)
Nice kitty, mlynn. And I confess that might be slightly biased, being a cat-lover myself. I think you captured the moment well. [ In an ideal world, a less distracting background in the bottom-right corner would have been helpful.
