Out There, Somewhere *

I happened to wander past this room and saw one of our cats backlit in the window. It struck me that this would produce a nice greyscale image so I grabbed my camera and was fortunate that he was still there.

Canon EOS 20D ,Canon EF 70-200mm f/4L USM
ISO400, f/5.6, 1/125 sec., @94mm, converted in EOS Viewer Utility, minor PP with Photoshop. full exif

Well captured, Harvey. Being the owner of four (!) cats , I am immediately drawn to cat "captures"! I would be interested in knowing what breed of cat this is. The view on this shot reminds me somewhat of our persian "chinchillas" One of them is athttp://www.pbase.com/jnconradie/image/52467821. Regards ~jnconradie

This has such a nice feel to it. I almost reached out to pet it! haha. I like the backlighting and the textures. Cindy
