I really don’t know, Bob; but if so, the corpes had been taken away already when I arrived there to take the picture... ;-) Traveller: Why don’t you post your version in «Pending» so I can see exactly what you mean? Thanks to both of you for commenting! — db.

Loveit, great shot... hope the people didn't hurt themselves when they fell out of their jeans? Bob

Dearest DB: You know I like this image...but I d/l'ed to play a little and just a little blast of curves, or lightening, I think makes it stronger...but I'm not sure, your's is maybe more moody, mine more sunny. I just past this along to you as a thought before this Challenge is over. Best Wishes, Traveller

Thank you, Michael; glad you like it! — db.

It’s not that I don’t believe it can, Traveller; I’m just surprised of *how much* it seems to change perception of an image. Another factor must be my use, this time, of the «Edit > Transform > Distort»-Tool to get *all* the vertical and horizontal lines «straight and level» (as we aviators would say). Anyway, I’m proud many fine photographers as yourself seem to like this picture! — db.

Yes, it can be due to just a different crop. This is such a grand image I haven't commented since I'll probably vote for it anyway...just perfect. Best Wishes, Traveller

Thanks to you too, roberta and Markjay. I wonder if I should start blushing: never before was this image such a success... That can’t be due to just the different crop; can it? Thanks, anyway, for all your comments! — db.

and the great composition doesn't hur either :-) Markjay

Excellent shot! Love this one!

BTW, Olaf: I think your saying «when it comes to languages *_as well_*» is a wonderful compliment for the photographer...; thanks! — db.
Canon DSLR Challenge22-Apr-2006 13:04
I’m afraid, Olaf, my knowledge of Dansk ends about here... (If necessary, though, I’d still be able to order some «øl» or «rødvin» with «brød»). ;-) — db.
Guest 22-Apr-2006 11:10
db, you are quite proficient when it comes to languages as well!
Canon DSLR Challenge22-Apr-2006 10:47
Gracias, Sergio; thanks, Lonnit; obrigado, José Paulo; and tak, Olaf: I do appreciate your taking the time to comment and I'm glad you all seem to like this new crop (for the challenge-topic's sake) of an old image of mine. — db.

Nice shot. Geez, I just love washline shots - I've GOT to find someplace around here where people still hang out the wash. Good crop. ~ Lonnit
