Another really splendid photo. (*)The blue background can be darkened evenly in just a few simple steps in Photoshop using the Selective Color dialog. For both the Cyan and Blues in the top picklist , drag the bottom most Black slider to the right, click OK. Repeat until the background is dark enough to use Levels to finish the job.

Another nice one, Sharon. I'd be curious to know more about the set up as to how you accomplished this primarily in camera, I'm amazed. (*) As a matter of personal taste, I find the slight draping of the background fabric to be a distraction of reality. -Michael
