There's actually eight of me. I wonder what it's a cure for? Perhaps overnight indigestion? LOL! ~ Lonnit

Lonnit, this is also very nice, all the shades of red and you in four copies. "Lonnittinnol" is a great name for a medicine, though.

LOL! That's funny, and I certainly see why this reminded you of that - between the multiple clones, the similar names, and the palindromes, how could it not? :) Thanks for the story, and I didn't mind the clog at all. Sounds like this image could have made a good jacket cover for the book. ~ Lonnit

At the rist of clogging up your comments.... It started out as a radio series, but they also made a TV series and a book. The basic idea was that these guys were traveling around the galaxy doing various things. In the episode in question, an archeologist was investigating a huge mass of fossilized shoes from an old society. This archeologist was a woman named Lentilla. For some reason, there was a malfunction with some sort of cloning machine, making duplicate Lentillas. It got out of control, and the problem wasn't rectified until there were thousands of Lentillas. The solution was to clone irresistible men for all the Lentillas. Their names were Allitnel, and as you might have surmised by this portion of the story, when an Allitnel and a Lentilla got together, they vanished into nonexistence, thus solving the cloning problem.

I guess it's already been about 20 years since I heard the story, so I might have some of it wrong. But anyway, your palindromic name made me think of it. -- Victor

I'm not at all familiar with that Victor. Pops, I like the other better too, but I had to throw something in as a third image! LOL! ;) ~ Lonnit

Contrary to Victor's opinion, I like the other one better. - Pops

I think I like this one better, especially for this challenge. By the way, your title immediately made me think of "Hitchhikers' Guide to the Galaxy", specifically the episode with Lentilla and Allitnel (I was going to use google to verify the spelling of these names, and amazingly received zero hits -- so apologies to Douglas Adams if the names are spelled wrong). -- Victor
