Thanks a lot everyone, really appreciat it. Thanks. Rob, regarding the B&W conversion on my shots, I did try some actions from the web but nothing really got me where I wanted to be. So I decided to not use actions and treat each photograph differently. I start with the Channel Mixer (for this shot, it was RGB:25:50:25 and then play around with levels, curves, burning/dodging, just experiment with it till it comes to where I want it to be. A lot more work for sure but the end result is usually nice. Hope this helps. Cheers, Vikas.

Wonderful Vikas. I want to be this old someday (assuming I can stay in reasonably good health.) But I'd like to have a less "interesting" face. ;-) This is a wonderful photograph and she has a great face. Ann
