Thanks a lot everyone, really appreciat it. Thanks.

Rob, regarding the B&W conversion on my shots, I did try some actions from the web but nothing really got me where I wanted to be. So I decided to not use actions and treat each photograph differently. I start with the Channel Mixer (for this shot, it was RGB:25:50:25 and then play around with levels, curves, burning/dodging, just experiment with it till it comes to where I want it to be. A lot more work for sure but the end result is usually nice. Hope this helps.

Cheers, Vikas.

Wonderful Vikas. I want to be this old someday (assuming I can stay in reasonably good health.) But I'd like to have a less "interesting" face. ;-) This is a wonderful photograph and she has a great face. Ann

Such impressive detail! The composition and B&W certainly is outstanding. A real winner to be sure. shu

Well, my friend, you have done it again! And those eyes are intensely compelling. The image is nearly three dimensionsal! ~ Lonnit

Vikas, I do apologise for mis-spelling your name, I have a Strong London dialect and it gets in the way with my spelling sometimes. :)

That lens is on my wish list. I have one quibble about this picture -- the catch lights on the eyes are a bit strong. -- Victor

Vikus, if I ever want a port done I would ask you to do it - (ok i know there is a bit of distance) Your people work never fails to grab me- love it. Would love to see your PS action file on the B&W work.
