Biscuit-- Not only can they be eaten but they're delicious. I've had a gooseberry cake made by my grandmother in Poland that's *amazing*. It's very tart, but there's nothing else like it in the world. There's a few different varieties, and I think I like the red ones better. Up close they kind of look like deep-sea mines. ;) --Jason
