Lovely take! I love La Jolla. Was there for a conference a couple of years ago. I wish I had more time to explore the area when I was there, but what I saw I did like! Maybe I'll look for a job out there ;-)! This is a nice photo and a cool interpretation of the theme!
Whoa, thanks for the spelling check, Grant. Phil, I see what you are saying, but I think keeping the frames separated emphasizes the way the clouds change shape and position across the sky. It makes the viewer "read" the image from one end to the other rather than take it in as one shot. If it were a panorama it wouldn't convey that sense. I don't think this is an artistic masterpiece, but I do think the separations add to the image. bee1000

For me, this doesn't work like this. As a panorama shot, yes, but it feels like the frames have only been added because of the challenge.
