Ok...I think I have it!!! LOL...If I pegged it right...this is a spoof of Manet's, "boating", no? Or is it another impressionist? The clothes and hats don't quite match, but the overall air of the photo...is down-right funny!!! The mustache and umbrella make this quite...no very....funny! Good Job. :-D
