Dear Sharon: A note on technique...since I ain't got much, or don't resort to it often, I should describe what I do now and then when I do use it. I tried the lasso tool to outline the racoons face, then go select, invert and I took the brightness down over 40% and lessened saturation...it wasn't bad but there was still a vague sense of the picture having been manipulated.
So, with a really hugh brush, 280 pixels, I used the burn tool to darken all the surrounding follage and a little bit of dodge tool at about 35 pixels to lighten up the face a little more.
This seems Okay to me, but who knows?....lol ...Best Wishes, Traveller
Sharon, You have shamed me into fixing this image...lol. My secretary really liked it in place of the boat chain that was here before...this was just a trash cut (or porcessing of an image), and it could be done better, certainly to cut down on the fill flash on the greenery. Give me a day and I'll have it fixed for you. Best Wishes, Traveller
