Dorys,

Absolutely.

Mikel, you take some of the most amazing pics in San Diego. We must get together sometime and shoot. I seem to be stuck in the "seen it too many times" to make it interesting.

I was surprised by the DOF myself. I am focused on the very top of the building, on the center 'x'.

Funny note: I was back there today, looking up without my camera in hand. A passer-by asked me if I was planning to jump.

Very nice Mikel - I also liked reflect5
I'm surprised at the DOF as opened up as you were. Good job - Kelly

Nice shot. This reminds me of the old Trump Tower in NYC, which is one of the first buildings I photographed in this abstract type shot when I was a teen. Nice symetry. Markjay

Agree with all that's been said; just wanted to let you know I keep coming back for another look.

I can only agree with what everyone else has said....this is a very nice graphic and grabs a person's attention immediately. At first I wondered if you were secretly spelling out your first initial, "M"...lol. I am kind of happy to see that you have visited this building several times. Things can get better with time and fresh perspectives...in any case, I really like this. Best Wishes, Traveller

I was hoping someone would upload a wide architectural abstract image. Mikel, you did good! --Nancy/odigi

I've added some other shots of that building (nad it's twin) to my gallery at:http://mikel.oakmoon.net/gallery/CurrentView

Thank you all for the comments. A few more like that, and I may start thinking that I know what I am doing! ;)

This building is probably one of my favorites for shooting. I have visited it several times to get different shots, with more visits sure to come in the future. I need to clean up some of my shots and post them to my gallery.

Awesome abstract. The converging lines against the blue sky makes it look like a scene out of a sci-fi movie.

Great Shot Mikel, love the perspective and the blue sky. Cheers, Vikas.

Gorgeous, Mikel. I love geometric architectural abstracts and this one is superb. Your attention to symmetrical detail is impeccable and use of the broad expanse of sky is inspired. Kudos. -Michael
