Clean and professional. This has "stock photo" written all over it. Nicely done.

I'll join back in, in saying I like this image better than the other and am glad you replaced it as your original post. The image is beautiful and has a great deal of merit as it is. Never let anyone discourage you from posting your image, just because they suggested how you can improve it next time etc. Markjay

Well, the original is a great image, so it's not such a bad thing that you had to go with it. ;)

Thanks all. I like this one too. Tried different crops, didnt quite work out, decided to go with the original.

RK this is lovely, but like Lee, I prefer the first shot you posted. I liked the flower dead center at the top because there was lots of movement for the eye to follow the variety of patterns in the leaves from the bottom of the image to the focal point at the top. So there ya go, dissent amonst opinions...the ultimate choice is yours. -Michael

I like this, love the colors. I'd have liked a tad more space above the flowers - room for them to grow into. ~ Lonnit

First: you did not have to remove / replace that image, RK. I is a beautiful image. I know how difficult it can be at times to photograph waterlillies at a place that does not allow for you to find the right composition because of various conditions. To answer your question, a crash point is an expression the same as imagining a grid over your image.... a connecting point in the grid that falls into the "rule of thirds".
I like the lighting in this image. Markjay

Thanks Mark for the comment and the tips. Whats a "crash point"?

Water lillies are very photogenic, so you picked a great subject, Rk. You have a really nice image. A few pointers if you wouldn't mind(*). It looks to me like you photographed this in near mid-day sunlight, which is not always the best time.
I know you were there, you can't change the time :-) but changing the composition is in your power here and the flower is dead center and IMO it's not as appealing this way as it could be off center or at a "crash point". Thanks for sharing this. Markjay
