That's because it's not partially desaturated! LOL! The only thing I did to the saturation was tone down the red skirt b/c it was too distracting. The rest of the image had no tone adjustments. :) ~ Lonnit

I liked this image when I first saw it and I like it still. Very, very rare instance when partial desaturation actually adds to the image instead of detract from it
