Well, you asked for comments... not that I am any kind of expert... but here are some thoughts:
At this point in the gallery, you are falling prey to the 'Yet Another Leaf Picture' phenomenon. Unless there is some element of the picture that just blows away the other similar shots, it's just not going to stand out and be noticed.
The blurred rose in the foreground of the picture kind of distracts.
The relative size of the leaf to the remainder of the frame de-emphasises the leaf as the primary subject. Instead of 'being' the picture, it is 'part' of the picture.
All in all, I wouldn't take this too seriously until you see some worthy shots from my camera that suggest I know what I am doing. ;)
