Thanks for the suggestions! Those blue dots . . . wow, I never saw them. Good eye. They are a species of rare flounder (lensicus flaritus). Can't believe they are there!
There were no filters involved here; this is just a variety of lights (sodium vapor and white light). I guess that's what made me stop and shoot.
I don't mind this except for a couple of things,the hot pixels need to be removed(which I see you have done) and the filter finishes to hard and should blend more into the white light, apart from that a really nice image.

Great shot Bruce - love the division of tempratures and stillness of their reflections. Please explain a little about what lights attributed to this look; e.g. mercury vapor, sodium vapor, tungsten, whatever. Also, what is going on with the fairly sizeable two blue dots in the water in the left half of the image nearly neneath the reflections of the two major pilings? Maybe something for the healing brush?
