The Outsider *

Due to a glitch in the system, the correct exif
info for this new 6-second shot was not uploaded.
I have given you my Pbase gallery address if you
care to check on the image's exif authenticity.
I do not wish to lose all of your nice comments
by deleting and reposting.

I like this image too much to be stopped by a flaw in the uploading process. Shu

This background is much better Shu. Beautiful.

Nice setup, compo and colors Shu! This style is becoming your trademark! The only way I know to get correct EXIF for Pbase is to delete this picture completely and repost a new one. If you do, you'll have to FIRST copy and paste the comments before you delete this one, otherwise you'll loose them. Also set the seq. in gallery to put it in this place. -Cat

Wow, Shu. This is breathtaking, and completely recognizable as yours. Excellent control of exposure.

Dear Shu:
It sounds like this may be a pecularity of substituting one photo in Pbase for another, or at least in this challenge gallery, in that it retains the original EXIF.

This picture is distinctly different than yesterday's....and, it looks like a 6 sec shot to me....lol

You always do nice work...don't sweat it.

Best Wishes,
Traveller

I just did a reshoot of this image and found the exif info stayed the same as the previous image which was 3 sec. This new shot lists 6 seconds on my file info in PS. In order to check it, I uploaded it to my Pbase gallery and the correct info is listed there. What must I do to change the file info under this image?? I don't want to delete it and reenter since I'll lose all comments. Please advise. Shu

I like the color and quality of light here. Somehow I have an impression that I have seen this lamp already

Dear Shu:

Of we all had the proverbial nickel for every 3 second shot we wanted to post, we'd all be rich....lol.

This is really very impressive...if you have to wait for new Sunday bought candles, Sunday bought being better and giving cleaner light than those candles bought during the rest of the six days of the week, then I say wait and leave this lovely, albeit 3.2 second image, up until tomorrow.

Of course, my word is worth exactly nada...lol

Be Good,
and Best Wishes,

Traveller

Can I hold off until tomorrow night? My candles have burned out. Thanks, Shu

very nice shu. may i suggest since you need to re-shoot to get over 4 secs. that you put a solid backdrop... maybe black?? your current background is a bit distracting from the wonderful colors and light you have going. ~dorys

Shu, Like the colors in this picture. The aperture is at f5.6, why don't you try stopping down some more... like f/11..

All-- It doesn't seem I can get an image like this in 4 seconds. If it's possible, can you tell me how? Thanx, Shu
