** Smokin' by Dennis Dangerfield

CORRECTION:>>>
There are 2 kinds of blurring here .The trees FROM THE LENS ZOOM and the car movement from slow shutter speed . I had been trying to get a zomm shot of a red vehicle moving away from me on the freeway , without any success . Then as I was ready to leave,a quick grab shot, when I saw in my rear view mirror, the RED camaro coming down the road I was parked on. I had about 6 seconds to roll down my window , open my camera bag , and bring the 20d up to operating , point it out the window as the Camaro drove by . ( got off one frame)
I thought interesting effect (not done in photoshop).

THanks . good point about the title containing the word RED in a competition that is RED.

Fantastic image. Love the movement, angle and composition. The title seems to be evolving? My personal preference would be anything that didn't contain the word red. The colour is dominant. The title is an important element and can add to the image appeal (i find) i think many entrants here have demonstrated that. Just a thought.

I like it. Not all art has to be realistic - this has mood and energy; it's art. ~ Lonnit

No offense my friend. I only said that because you didn’t put an “*” next to your title so I didn’t know if you were looking for comments or not. I’ll consider Michael’s comments. Maybe I’m just not at that level of understanding yet :)

First of all I don't delete anyone's comments. I am not here just for praise . It is just a blurred photo and it didn't just happen to be red , that was anticipated. And it didn't just happen to be a sport car.. that is why I bothered to shoot it..
, it would hardly be interesting to be a red postal van.
Thanks Eosman for your comments.
Next.. MS...yes the border and signature were overdone..badly. My usual excuse .. up to late to critique my own stuff.
I think the new version looks much better.
And Mikel.. THanks for the ID.

Contrary to eosman's comment, I think this image has a nice movement to it. The signature and the drop shadow has to go through. Those are horribly done.

I’m sorry but nothing about this picture strikes me as being good. It looks like a blurred picture (badly composed) that just happens to be red.

You can delete my comment if you didn’t want any.
