Lee, I think this needs a boost as it's rather on the dark side.
Although the histogram is nice and regular, you can really make the image pop by sliding the gamma in Levels to about 1.50 (I did it on RGB and also on the individual Red Green and Blue channels)

theFly, I like this image for several reasons. I like the repeated pattern in the bikers. I like that the arrow on the street says turn, but the bikes show no signs of turning, and I like the photography store in the background. :) -Earl Waud
