Original composition with engaging colors. I agree with the comment below about getting it a *bit* more into the frame, but still a cut out of the ordinary. Nice. --Joe

This appears to be a study of bokeh with the peppers being incidental to the image. Nice shot!

RK,

I like this image and think it has much promise, but...have a couple suggestions that might be of interest to you....(may not either). some thoughts...

1) The peppers need to be more "in" the photo. Don't know whether you want to bring them in from the border of what...but they are a great image...just playing a secondary role to the rest of the colors in the photo. Additionally, the focus of this images seems to be the bulb in the backgroud...I would use that focal point to draw the viewer to the peppers...the white will tend to always grab the viewer first and hold them there...that's ok...if it leads to viewing the peppers...

2) A smallnit-pick...but there seems to be a second lampshade befind the peppers...this also detracts from the photo a little.

3) The title is awesome, the warmth of the photo and colors suggests the heat of the peppers and the peppers themselves are a great subject...So all in all a good picture...but i think a little adjust perhaps (IMHO) and it'd be great.

It is a very tough photo to take...and you've got a good version already...

:-D
