Wow~ I am envious...outside my window is another window...looking into mine :)! I'll have to play around a little someday when I'm up early enough(sunrises) or off of work early enough (sunsets). Very beautiful! :-D

Cindy thanks...I am spoiled this is the sunrise from my house..always diff each and every day. D, I use no filters, this is what it actually looked like, and if you take the picture slightly darker one can achieve this effect also, in this case though I set my F stop to 8 and let the camera do the rest. These are the Coastal mts in Washington State as seen from my house in Victoria, BC

Gary, This is very nice, however, I must ask if the color is from a Orange filter on the end of the lens? Either way the effect is a very nice into the light silhouette! Red Sky at night, sailor's delight! :-D
