Great capture Gayle. I think you need just a little bit more DOF and more light from the back to show the webs with more contrast/sharpness. What do you think?

I like this a lot. I would agree the background has a tad too much detail, but not bad really. And the subjects are so well shot it minimizes the impact of the background. Nice, Cindy

Shu, that would be a sad reflection on my housekeeping skills ;-)

This would not be to my "aesthetic taste" either, but I was bored and desperate for something to do on a dreary rainy day. "Gayle can do much better than this with not a lot more effort. She needs to try harder".

PS, this was taken in our garage, which is a sad reflection of my husbands housekeeping skills!

Gayle, I like the subject of this photo....the bottles (if that is what they are) are great! Interesting arrangement. I love the color and clarity and the intrigue of what the bottles may have housed.

I do feel that the background tho' doesn't work for *me*. I feel like there is too much detail. The tops of the bottles show 2 cars in the parking lot (more details). The idea is interesting...I feel that with a new background this image could be GREAT! There is a lot of detail int he bottles already...This is of course my opnion, and often that can be wrong...just my aesthetic taste!

:-D

Gayle--Nice shot! (Have you noticed now "webs" are recurring in your images--LOL!!) Shu
