Mute Swan Landing

Victoria, BC Canada

Mute Swan landing, I left it in blocks as there was too many shades of light changes to meld it into one, sort of a diff way of looking at many pictures at one time.

D these are taken at 5 frames/sec. I think I can take close to 25 before it slows down. Most sequences are only a few frames long. If you want more info email me at gwoodburn@shaw.ca for details.

Thanks for the links....I'm going to take a look tomorrow when I have a little more time to see if I can get the details I'm looking for in the flight mechanics... How do you take these? I'm wondering if the continuous shutter option on the Rebel would be fast enough to capture sequences like these?

Thanks again, hope you're Father is doing well! Best Wishes to you.

Very cool sequence...I ;ike it a lot...Do you have any other sequences of birds by any chance? I'm looking for sequence fotos of birds, maybe 2-3 birds in a photo in rapid succession. If so would you be willing to share them? Let me know...
