Neil, I think you must have gotten a better copy of the 28-135mm than I. My dinky little plastic Phoenix 19-35mm for $175 even blows away my 28-135mm. I've just got to get me an L something-or-other already. Forget about putting all my intitial stock photog sales $ towards it... I'm going for it after my first sale! LOL! ~ Lonnit
