The road running up Harrison Lake puts on this majestic show every winter. The falls are approximately 40 feet high, and are in constant shadow. This is just one small section of the falls.
Although the temp outside was hovering around 0 celsius (not toooo cold), the gusting winds of 40-60 km/p/h brought the temp down to around -15C. Staying upright, and steady, was difficult. I would like to have stayed longer and played around with composition, but it was just tooooooo cold - I ran home for hot chocolate!! :-)
