You don't have a (*) by your picture, so I hope you don't mind if I make a suggestion. It looks like the picture was originally underexposed and that you lightened it. I say this because the histogram starts rather abruptly at a nonzero level. I think better would have been to make a gamma adjustment. Or use a technique like in Noel Carboni's exposure compensation action to lighten the picture. That way you will avoid the washed out look you got here. -- Victor
