This challenges is REALLY bringing out / displaying the best in many of the photographers who are particpating. This image, is no exception. This plays right into my "style" of simple, colorful, and effective. What I enjoy most about this image, is that it doesn't need to have a focal point, a center of attraction... the eye just wanders throughout the image / swirls. Great work. Markjay

Thanks for the comments everyone. Phil - I left the blown out area in because when I dropped the exposure a little the colours lost their punch. This was taken with my light set on it's lowest power setting. I was almost going to but some white paper in between the straws and the light but couldn't figure out an easy way to do it in the very short time I had. Victor - I'm sure their have been lots of similar shots like this, I can't take credit for originality. Teapot.

Sometimes you see a picture and think "Why didn't I think of that?". This is one of those... great image. Only minor criticism would be the blown area lower-right, but I'm not sure if the image might actually lose something if it weren't blown (helpful, eh?). Phil

Oh Teapot, this is just awesome. Great colors, the light is really creative, and the swirling feel really makes it pop.
