Here, I am not as tempted to crop in order to make it more graphic, as in the "Design of Nature"-shot. Here, the leaves are repeating elements which IMO add to the graphic feel. While you've isolated the leaves with selective focus, I think isolating them even further would make the photo even more graphic. To do that you could darken the out-of-focus parts considerably although it would involve some tricky masking. Please keep in mind this is just an opinion and an idea - I'm not saying it's the right thing to do! As always, YMMV. --Olaf
