Olaf, last night my changes looked obvious on the screen, but today they are not so obvious. I just added some shadow. You can seen it on the light frame.

Never mind Shu, it's a great image, don't sweat it out, it gets my vote.

I have darkened the bureau, per your suggestions. I never realized how difficult fine-tuning an image could be! (Sweating-drip..drip....drip) Shu

I can't seem to see any difference between Anna's suggestion and the version posted at the moment!?!? As for the sepia-toning, I am having second thoughts... I really liked the black and white before! Maybe the toning is just taken a bit too far? I don't know... I guess what is needed is a greater separation between the curtain and the bureau in the background, which is why I mentioned partial blurring earlier. Other ideas of how to achieve the needed separation could involve some darkening of the surroundings or maybe leaving them toned and then take away the toning on the curtain. I am far from sure that these ideas would work in reality - would have to experiment... --Olaf

Thank you, Anna. The gentle billowing of the white curtin is what the image is about. After working on it for awhile, it was hard to tell what was needed. I have already made a few corrections, as suggested by Olaf. It would be interesting if others would comment on your kind enhancements. I do think a few sweeps of shadow across the bureau might do the trick. ?????? Shu

Summer breeze, makes me feel fine... Shu I love this shot. Took the liberty of adding some shadow.

Maybe a slight toning and selective blur is what you are after? I'm thinking of AJ's mastery of those two effects... --Olaf

I took away the vignette, but I woud like some mystery to the shot. But how to achieve it? Any other ideas beside vignetting. Shu

I like the idea, I like the black and white, I like the photograph! I don't like the black vignette around the edges... --Olaf.dk

This is just so lovely and delicate, Shu. I can almost feel the gentle breeze blowing.
Great idea also to do B&W. Wonderful image!
