Larry,
This is just beautiful. It has a very dreamy effect. The plane looks like origami and I am amazed at the tonal range in the folds and shadows. I love this one! Roberta

Larry, well seen - the thing about darkening the corners to put more emphasis on the shadow of the plane. I like that! - except I would not have darkened the upper right corner. That would have left a diagonal path of light in the photo, which I think would have been stronger. --Olaf

Thanks for all the kind comments. Darkening the corners seemed to give more emphasis to the plane's shadow. - Larry

Nicely done. I love the echo that the plane's shadow provides. Why did you choose to shadow the corners?

This is well done as-is - as a lot of folks have mentioned, I had a paper airplane idea, along the lines of this crossed with iso3200's "Face in the Crowd" from the first challenge...but I'm not going to be able to set it up in time. -Ed Hahn

This is a very good shot, I would like to see the plane a little sharper but I don't think it takes too much away from the image. Great Job!

Beautiful and elegant.

Very nice, simple and well conceived with the shadow on the backdrop.

Cool shot, good shadow, how did it look a bit sharper and in colour?. I wonder how many other people have thought of paper planes and will now not post as a consequence of you being first up? My vision was to have a nice crisp paper plane floating down into my garden (from my bedroom window) against a smooth blue sky with perhaps a bit of background sun etc. oh well, I live in England so theres not much chance of the sun portion happening right now. - Jono

VERY well done. I like this a lot. As Arn said, the simplicity is stunning.
