Thank you for your comment. The best surprise about this new monument is the number of vets who are still around, come visit, and stay to tell stories to three generations of tourists.
Your image brings tears to my eyes. Having had a brother in a Veteran's hospital, I think of how many of these vets are neglected and how much they have sacrified. Your pic shows pride in his recounting of memories of the defense of his country. Shu
