Holding Hands by Amir Levitski*

I was lucky to be invited to an authentic Indian wedding.
The first ceremony (out of several days' ceremonies) was the "Henna" ceremony.
On the corner, I noticed the bride and her husband's sister holding each other hands with great excitement. Those hands on the background of their colorful saris gave me this shot that I like very much for its combination of motions and colors.

Olaf - thanks. This is tha actual picture size. I have not cropped it. I think I shall crop that hand out. I'm not sure I'm skilled enough to clone it. I'm affriad that the pattern of the sarri is too complicated for me. You think it is acheivable? any tips how should I approach such a clone? Thanks again,

I like this a lot - the colors and patterns are absolutely striking! I am a bit confused whether what I am seeing is a cropped version? As it is now, the cut off hand on the lower edge is a bit distracting. I would like to see more of it or none at all. If none at all is the answer, instead of cropping maybe you could clone it out? IF you have more of it in the original image, I would really like to see what that looks like! --Olaf

Jeff, Thanks a lot. I think you are absulutly right. I'll try that. It will somehow derogate from the great sarri color, but indeed make the picture better. Thank you.

Beautiful image but I think the hand in the foreground is a bit distracting. Have you tried cropping it out to see how it effects the balance and feel?
