Lighting is black lights. This was my very first attempt at this sort of shot. I'd had my camera for two days and was still learning how to use it. The most relevant adjustment in Photoshop was to apply a gaussian blur with a fairly large radius and then fade it with screen mode to produce the glow that you get when actually viewing something under black lights.
