Successful photo that gives us something personal of Phil. The selective colouring adds mood and makes it the centrepiece. Will the voters see this type of reflection worthy? We'll have to wait and see.
Hey Phil: Unconventional take on the theme, with a nicely done photograph. Touching. The mix of B&W and color adds great interest and invites interpretation. Also, it emphasizes the contrast among the subjects within the image. Somber, with bits of sunshine. Very nice. --Joe
