It's a stunning image just as it is. I don't find it oversharped at all. I think the smoother brighter white area on the right gives ones eyes a chance to rest for a few moments when they start to get a bit confused by all the colors and details. It's perfectly compose all around and the first boat edge leads you right to the resting point where you can stop and catch your breath (which is necessary b/c this shot IS breathtaking) before you leap off into the chaos of the beautiful trees that are so well captured that you want to look at every leaf. This is a top-rate picture all the way!

This picture is really beautifull. I don't think it is oversharpened, I rather see jpeg compression artifacts. Also the rightmost punt could bear more detail (overexposed?). Regardless of that, its marvelous!
