I caught two of my best friends in a 'moment' at a wedding this weekend. I think the look on her face pretty much says it all...

Thanks Olaf, I love constructive criticism and that seems to be the kind you give out. I agree on the frame, I'm trying to find a better PS action, but will probably just use a white one from here out.

Regarding the background person, I was so distraught that he just happened to walk by as I was catching the shot (jerk...haha), and I did try cropping, but didn't like the way it looked cutting off part of the head. Oh well, now I know I can take a decent shot, I just need to keep practicing to get it right.

Thanks for the time and the comments...

Sorry to say, but I really think the frame is ruining this shot. The bright red is WAY to powerful - takes all the attention away from the tender moment. I had such a hard time "seeing" the picture, I actually had to crop off the frame in order to judge the actual photograph! When I did, one thing I thougt of was this: cropping off the top, just a little bit over her head, gets rid of some of the distracting man in the background at the same time as putting more emphasis on the girls "look". The fact that the suggested cropping also cuts into the head of the man in the foreground does not matter, as his body and head are already cropped. When I read what I've written, it sound so negative - not my intention - I actually think this is a nice capture! --Olaf
