I wasn't going to write this, but every time I see this picture, it reminds me of my dad, so I guess I will.
In 1951 he escaped from East Germany. The way he did it was by riding his bike from Gera to Berlin. Once in Berlin he rode in the middle of the night down the city streets toward the border between east and west. The wall had not yet gone up, but there were guards at each intersection. The way he finally got across was that he found a small space between two buildings. The space was narrow enough that he had to twist the handlebar sideways and push the bicycle ahead of him through the gap. On the other side of the gap, he was in the west.
So, when I see this picture, I think of my dad making that trip to the west in the middle of the night. -- Victor

I really like this too - my favorite of your three eligible submissions! The lighting, color and composition as well as the blurring of the cyclist - all contribute to making this one stand out! --Olaf

I really like this composition. Nice catch on the cyclist.
