Thanks. Panning is pretty easy when you're moving 55mph! LOL! ~ Lonnit

Great action panning!

Thanks for the compliment and comments. :)

Phil, if you look closely it appears that the barrier is humped in the middle and curving down at the edges, particularly the right side. I actually did rotate the shot in PS b/c it had more of a tilt. This was better, but I don't think complete level is possible. It's kind of an inside out barrel distortion - or maybe the barrier's been banged a few too many times! LOL!

No window on this one Victor.

Thanks Carlos. I thought the vivid yellow added excitement and energy to it. I'm terrified of cleaning that sensor! It's not the sensor though. I took some shots in the fog yesterday with my 75-300IS and there were no spots. I'll have to clean the 28-135IS. Thanks for the tip though. :)

Great shot. Sensation of movement is obvious. Perfectly fits the theme.

Lonnit,
Great shot! Roberta

This is certainly better than the bike shot. The one thing I find slightly distracting is that the barrier isn't perfectly horizontal - an easy fix, but make sure that it doesn't tilt the road too much the other way! Phil

Lonnit,

Were you shooting through a window? It looks a little like a double exposure or like there is a faint reflection as if you are looking through a pane of glass. -- Victor

Pretty cool shot, the sensation of movement is intense! The color directional splash adds a lot of life to it! About the dust, I had this same kind of thing with my 10D and it was actually sensor dust... I decided to get one of those big size Rocket Airs by Giottos and voilá, no more dust and no tinkering with Eclipse and Wendys' spoons and the such... I have a feeble stomach to put stuff inside the camera :) Best Regards! Carlos Ch.

Yes, the ones without the forsythia were duller. I really liked the yellow adding to it. As for the unidirectional motion, it was a one way street. ;) LOL! The dust might be a filthy lens. I did notice those spots a couple weeks ago on some shots, but I believe I saw that they weren't on shots taken with my other lenses. I'll have to double check it. Thanks. :)

I think this one works well and the colors of the yellow bush adds to the image. Just the pic of the 4X4 would have made this picture uninteresting. I also like the one directional motion. BTW, I think I see some sensor dust :( on the picture (3 of them at least).
