Hi Teapot - I'd have loved to see that too, but that doesn't really happen (in the way that one usually envisions) in blacksmithing...unless you're doing things really wrong (e.g. making the metal too hot) :-) Ed Hahn

Fantastic shot Ed. You've captured the scene really well. Would love to see a few sparks flying from the hammer blow.
Great shot with the human aspect in it, love the glowing end of the iron piece. Sharp pic with the right amount of blurred action with the hammer.... Vikas
