This shot is the same as I enrolled earlier called Luxor Light at night, however because of limitations in size and resolution you are not able to see a very neat thing.
All the specs, what looks like scrathes, lines and circles are in fact birds flying high above the impressive pyramid, they are obviously attracted by the light, because they only fly there at night, when the lights come on. The exposuretime is 8 sec. f/2.8, ISO 100, I only had a small tripod with me that kept sliding off the waterpipe i tried to balance it on. So I couldnt do higher f.number or time. That would perhaps have increased the bird effect.
