Ed, only just noticed this one. If you crop it about 2/3 down the valve it takes on a bizarre look, and appears to be some kind of building, like a lighthouse! Quite surreal! Phil

Very nice! I've sent links to your two images to my guitar-playing band-mates and tube-heads, I think they'll like them! I have two 12AX7:s in the preamp of my HEVOS bass amp, but unfortunately the tubes and their nice glow are hidden inside. -FretNoMore
