Garry, the EXIF reports this photo was taken 2004:03:20. If this is correct could you please move it to Exhibition as it wasn't shot during the challenge period?

A nice idea but there is too much else going on, I think. Obviously a long shutter was necessary for the light circles, but that has made everything else blurry, which isn't effective. Phil

Cool shot, although the brightest section of the shot is not the main focus and it draws my attention away from the light circles. Maybe an image crop would help?
