Thanks for the comments. I like the lens, it's light and performs quite well at the price. I hope to get a 100mm macro for these kind of shots, but with a kid on the way, it might wait a little :)

Great shot, Craig! Love the color tones, the composition and the overall feel of the image. BTW, you are one of the few other people I know who own that lens besides myself :-) I happen to enjoy working with it, despite the mixed reviews I've seen on it.

I love the colours in this shot, its so warm. Makes me think of a sailor navigating the ship baked in evening sun.
