Growth Rings-1 *

I captured this on Valentine's Day on the walk back from a local farmer's market.
I had the kit lens on my 300d at that point, but could have probably captured
more growth-ring detail with a macro lens. As an aside, can anybody guess the
age of this tree :) ?

Oops. Just read the text with the shot. I'm afraid Valentine's day was before the start of this challenge, you will have to move it to the exhibition gallery.

Arun, just noticed that the date of this shot is outside the eligible timeframe. Can you either update the date (if it was shot after 12th March) or move it to the exhibition gallery.
