Michael: Thanks. The frame is an action you can download from the internet for free. All I did was modify the frame to offset the picture. The rest (title and signature) is my signature template that I made and use as part of my distinct signature. Email me and I can send you the action for the black and white frame. The rest you have to do on you own. I hope you understand.
BTW, if interested, this picture was shot at 0.3 sec, f/4.0, ISO 1600 handheld, supported by a rail using 70-200 f2.8 IS :) on the ferry boat.

Andrew, I love that view of the stadium. Can you describe how you did the frame? Better yet, an 'action' file would be great, if you did that in PS!
