Dog on Pattern Floor
podster*

Those of you familiar with my entries will know I don't like going too far from home. This was shot in the kitchen.

I'll probably re-shoot this with better light at some point. I'd also like to do it with a better behaved dog, but I think that is out of scope. Any other suggestions for improvement, or general abuse, as always warmly welcomed.

* Now modified to have more aligned patterns

Canon EOS 300D Digital Rebel ,Canon EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6
1/8s f/4.5 at 33.0mm iso400. (Yes, it seems unlikely to me as well, but that's what the camera says) full exif

other sizes: small medium large original auto

I agree with Earl. Try the shot agin to get the lines parallel with the frame. BTW my dog always walks off when I point the camera anywhere near her.

Earl - yes, you're right. I might try and get into a position that allows that. Alternatively, I might try some photoshop correction.

Cute dog. :) The only idea that I have would be to try and shoot it more directly overhead so that the pattern in the floor is squarer with the framing. E-
