Inflatable Tulips*

Was over at a friends for the evening and discovered this inflatable tulip attached to the doorstop in the bathroom. I had to shoot it! Since I've never seen a blow-up tulip before. :)
Obviouly, I've been playing in psE2 with it.

Patt, that is pop-art! Add a needle and you could really make them pop, LOL! Joke aside, the colors, the repetitious pattern and the tight framing is what makes this work so well. --Olaf

Thanks you all for your kind comments. :) My friend, who actually owns the tulip in question, tells me it comes from Holland, and as such may be quite rare in North America. Now that I have this image captured, perhaps I should start a collection of shots of inflatable things...... Hmmmmm ...... maybe not. Lonnit: I,personally, don't have an inflatable gf, but my dh does have an inflated opinion of himself so perhaps -he- should recieve one of these. ;)

Great shot, made me grin, didn't know that tulips also came in inflatable form. Just imagining the look on my lover's face if I gave a bunch of these. :-) ..... Vikas
